Session details
This fills the header boxes at the top of the printed plan. It carries over if you load a saved plan from a previous day.
Add a subject's candidate list
Paste what you copy from the Cambridge site (or a CSV export) for one subject at a time. Each line should start with the candidate number, then the name. Add as many subjects as are sitting this session — repeat this form for each one.

Extra time master list
Extra time approvals are usually known well before the exam period starts and don't change session to session. Set this list up once, save it as its own file, then load that same file at the start of every session — independent of whichever candidate lists you paste in Step 2. Whatever is on this list is automatically pulled out of its normal subject column the moment a matching candidate number is added in Step 2.

Hall grid
Defaults match the Cambridge exam hall: 16 columns × 12 rows, with 3 shortened end columns of 10 on each side. Choosing a preset fills in the fields below — you can then tweak them further.
Assign subjects to columns
Pick what sits in each column, left to right. Leave a column as — aisle — for spacing, or assign a different subject there if it helps keep cheating-risk pairs apart. A subject continues filling wherever you assign it next, in the same order each time.
